1. Description of the Service

AdsLaunchpad is a software tool that helps users prepare advertising launch packages for manual import into Meta Ads Manager.

The service may allow users to create campaign structures, ad sets, ad names, texts, links, creative lists, and export files such as spreadsheets and media packages.

AdsLaunchpad does not automatically publish advertisements, does not manage advertising accounts, and does not provide direct access to Meta Ads Manager.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdsLaunchpad.

By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of all information entered into the service;
• the content of your campaigns, creatives, links, texts, and exported files;
• reviewing all exported data before using it in Meta Ads Manager;
• complying with Meta policies, advertising rules, local laws, and industry regulations;
• maintaining the security of your account credentials;
• ensuring that you have the rights to use any creatives, text, trademarks, images, or other materials uploaded or entered into AdsLaunchpad.

You agree not to use AdsLaunchpad for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

4. No Access to Advertising Accounts

AdsLaunchpad does not request your Facebook login, Business Manager access, advertising account access, payment card access, pixel access, API tokens, or Meta credentials.

The service generates files and packages that users may manually import into Meta Ads Manager.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing campaigns in your own advertising account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of AdsLaunchpad may require payment, a subscription, or an active plan.

By purchasing a paid plan or export, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout.

Prices, features, and plan limits may change from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect completed purchases unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. AdsLaunchpad does not store full payment card details.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Users are responsible for reviewing plan details, pricing, and service functionality before purchasing.

If a technical issue prevents access to a paid export or paid functionality, please contact support. We may, at our discretion, help resolve the issue, regenerate the export, provide access again, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds are not guaranteed for cases where:

• the user changed their mind after purchase;
• the user did not review the service before payment;
• the exported package was generated correctly;
• the issue is caused by third-party platforms, including Meta Ads Manager;
• an advertising campaign is rejected, underperforms, or fails moderation;
• the user violates these Terms or applicable policies.

Subscription cancellations may stop future billing, but do not automatically provide a refund for the current paid period unless required by law or approved by AdsLaunchpad.

7. Exported Files and Manual Review

AdsLaunchpad may generate export files, spreadsheets, ZIP packages, creative folders, links, and other launch-related materials.

Before using any exported file, you must manually review all campaign names, ad sets, ads, texts, creatives, budgets, links, tracking parameters, and other information.

AdsLaunchpad does not guarantee that exported files will be accepted by Meta Ads Manager in every case, as third-party platforms may change their import requirements, formats, policies, or technical behavior.

8. Advertising Results and Moderation

AdsLaunchpad does not guarantee advertising performance, conversions, approvals, deposits, revenue, return on ad spend, or moderation results.

You are solely responsible for compliance with advertising policies, platform rules, applicable laws, and the quality of your advertising accounts, landing pages, creatives, and offers.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use AdsLaunchpad to:

• violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• create or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful advertising materials;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service;
• bypass payment, subscription, or access restrictions;
• upload malware, harmful code, or unauthorized materials;
• use the service in a way that may damage AdsLaunchpad or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

AdsLaunchpad, including its software, interface, design, branding, workflows, text, and functionality, is owned by AdsLaunchpad or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or enter into the service, but you grant AdsLaunchpad a limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide the service.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AdsLaunchpad may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party service outages, or other reasons.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

12. Third-Party Services

AdsLaunchpad may integrate with or rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, authentication, email, analytics, storage, or other functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, availability, or changes.

Meta Ads Manager, Facebook, Meta, Business Manager, and related names are trademarks or services of their respective owners. AdsLaunchpad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsLaunchpad and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, advertising losses, loss of data, loss of business, account restrictions, campaign rejection, or failed advertising results.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdsLaunchpad makes no warranties that:

• the service will meet all user expectations;
• exported files will always be accepted by third-party platforms;
• advertising campaigns will be approved;
• advertising performance will improve;
• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Users are responsible for verifying all outputs before using them.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AdsLaunchpad if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, fails to pay required fees, creates risk for the service, or uses the service unlawfully.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page or provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of AdsLaunchpad after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
